Refund policy
Returns
You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. If more than 14 days have passed, we’re unable to issue a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Shipping
To return your product, please email nikoandmehome@gmail.com. You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Late or missing refunds
Contact your bank or credit card company if you haven’t received a refund. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at nikoandmehome@gmail.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at nikoandmehome@gmail.com. If the item is no longer available, you will receive a refund or credit at the discretion of Niko and Me Home.
